This book is a great new way to tackle the "big" concept of taking ownership for one's actions. Written at a length approachable to a younger audience (~5), this first book from a new author does a great job navigating familiar situations in accessible language with animated and lovable characters. The water color artwork is visually engaging and the opportunity to be able to "meet" these characters in real life via the associated campground-in-development takes it to the next level of fun! I look forward to following this author as she reveals more Forest Friend stories!
